How the work takes shape

A clear starting point. A shared direction.

01

Talk

Begin with the concern, its context and what you would like to change. Questions are welcome from the first conversation.

02

Make sense of it

Build a shared formulation of the patterns, pressures and past experiences connected to the present difficulty.

03

Put it into practice

Use therapy, skills and reflection in a way that fits daily life, reviewing the direction as the work develops.
